This will be a tutorial/refresher on handling a workers’ compensation using the administrative timeline to your benefit. Setting up files from the time of sign up through trial/settlement. The 120-day rule, causation (burden shifting), 440.13 on referrals to specialists and waiver of defenses based on timeliness, amendments to pretrials, attorney’s fee hearings, etc.
